Benefits and technical data
- The VegeLeam® products are fully hydrogenated lipids with a high oxygen stability index (OSI) and high photostability
- They are stable over a very wide pH range from 2 to 12.5
- They have very good heat resistance, including lipsticks and pencils in general
- They can be pasteurised at high temperatures
